In
March of 2002 I sent an email to your website about Hannah Duston.
I told you I was going to visit her statue in October, and I did!
(October 9). You had asked me to send you a picture of the two of us. So
here we are. I'm the one on the right.
I'm glad you can't see the tears on my cheeks as I stood there.
It was my mother's dream to see the statue. She died in 2001 and never
made the trip.
I honestly don't remember exactly what I did as a little girl to make my
mother say, "That's the Hannah Dustin in her" but I heard it often. I was
actually a pretty obedient child, so it must have been awful!
